Here's a new REINZOSIL Sealing Compound.

REINZOSIL is a solvent-free, permanently elastic, fast-hardening silicon sealant for sealing flat surfaces where there is a sealing gap (can also be applied to assembled components)

Intended for sealing all surfaces in engines, gearboxes and axles and also cylinder liners and synthetic housings. All purpose application for use with all makes of engines and vehicles

Resistant to oils, fuels, water, ozone, and extreme temperatures

Sensor-safe, non-corrosive, and ideal for electronic components

Operates from -50 °C to +250 °C (up to 320 °C short-term)

Reinzosil is a premium, anthracite-coloured silicone-based sealing, adhesive, and coating compound. Solvent-free and virtually odourless once cured, it offers exceptional elasticity and resistance to a wide range of substances including mineral and synthetic oils, fuels, greases, water, and environmental elements. Its neutral bonding ensures it won’t corrode metals or interfere with sensitive electronics, earning it the title “Sensor Safe.”

Ideal for use as a formed-in-place gasket, Reinzosil is perfect for sealing oil sumps, Waterboxer rubber head seals, cylinder liners, and components subject to movement or warping. It can be applied to both disassembled and assembled parts, provided surfaces are clean and degreased. For best results assemble components immediately after sealing.
